This notice explains how Aestelio ("we") uses personal information collected through this website. It is written for clinic owners and staff who contact us. Patients who enquire with a clinic through advertising we manage are covered by that clinic's own privacy notice; in that case the clinic is the data controller and we act as its processor.
COMPANY_DETAILS_PLACEHOLDER. Contact: hello@aestelio.co.uk. ICO registration: ICO_PLACEHOLDER.
Enquiry form and email: your name, clinic name, email address, phone number (if given) and anything you write to us. We use this to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
Calls: if you book a call, the booking tool we use will collect your name, email and the time you choose, under its own terms.
Website analytics: we use cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics that count page views without identifying you. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We only send marketing emails to business contacts where the law allows it, and every message includes a way to opt out. We do not buy or scrape contact lists. If you would rather not hear from us, email hello@aestelio.co.uk and we will stop.
We use a small number of service providers to run our email, booking, form and CRM tools. They process data only on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK; where that is the case we rely on UK-approved transfer safeguards. We never sell personal data.
Enquiries we do not take further are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of the contract and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
